How to Redeem a Tour

Need help redeeming a tour? Watch our video.

There's no time limit or expiry in which to use the tours, so we recommend to download now while you have reliable wifi or cellular signal. Then all audio, maps, images are ready for offline use. No data connection is required for touring.

Sign-in and unlock your tour to your Apple or GooglePlay store account.

2. Enter your voucher code and tap redeem.

3. Download the GuideAlong audio tour app. Open the GuideAlong audio tour app and sign-in with the same Apple or Google Play store id.

4. Open the GuideAlong audio tour app. From the bottom menu, tap > My Tours and OPEN your tour or tap DOWNLOAD (if prompted) before you leave signal to download all audio, maps and images required for touring offline. (There is no time or date limit or expiry to use the tour).
